In this agreement, "Knightsbridge Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is imperative that you allow sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is crucial. Knightsbridge Minicabs shall not be held accountable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that each child, irrespective of age, is considered a separate passenger.
2.3 Any requirement for wheelchair access must be communicated during booking.
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to revise quotations in case of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard rate. While we endeavor to adjust our service for flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger may incur cleaning charges.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are authorized to transport only the number of passengers stipulated by licensing or insurance regulations.
5.1 In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.
5.2 Cancellation fees may apply if booked through our online system before dispatch.
6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to arrange alternative transportation promptly.
6.4 You agree to indemnify us against any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 Nothing in this agreement seeks to exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, as prohibited by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised due to misconduct or damage by you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations without our consent.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please review them periodically for updates. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Knightsbridge Minicabs.
8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions confers any benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this period may not be entertained.
